★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak becus handle project. Communication & leadership skill PIC nya parah. WA & email penting sangat jarang dibalas, telpon pun ga diangkat. Lebih ke arah tidak bertanggungjawab atas pekerjaannya. Ini baru dari saya, belum cerita dari orang-orang lainnya. Saran, hire tambahan orang dan improve skills PIC nya. Gabisa dengan alasan "kewalahan" lalu menyampingkan profesionalisme.
Not good at handling projects. PIC's communication & leadership skills are terrible. WA & important emails are rarely answered, even the phone is not picked up. More towards not being responsible for his work. This is new from me, not stories from other people. Suggestions, hire additional people and improve their PIC skills. Gabisa with the excuse of "overwhelmed" and then put aside professionalism.
