★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, friendly, and cheap. That should be enough to describe Pandawa. The only thing that lacking maybe a huge guide to costumer on how the service process works & a map of the service counter. Because the first time I arrived at this place, I was really confused on where I should take a queue number, what I should do next, and where the locket is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The queue is quite neat like you queue up in the bank. I think this place gives the cheapest price near Margonda. You can print black white or grayscale for 250 rupiahs per page, color for 1k rupiahs per page. I did a soft cover to my final assignment for 15 - 18k rupiahs if I was not wrong and I waited for an hour. But for the result, I was not too satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad, i ordered by whatsapp. I was very surprised cz of the price was highest than before, even though i ordered the same thing. I already think that there was something wrong and i tried to argumentating but the operator hard to understand. And, at the time of picking the goods (the next day), i was very shock cz my number factur undetected by system. As it turns out, not yet processed. I was angry and not comfort with the service. So, i think the management should take attention to this issue, no matter the mistake cz of "anak magang" or not.

•not the high quality one of printing result & book finishing (yeah, you can't expect more from the cheap one). I have proof of their works
•the service needs improvement, I ordered via Whatsapp & they said that they can make it done at 7AM in the next morning, but when I came at 7.30AM they didn't fulfill their words - so it's not suitable for you who's in hurry
