★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tertarik mencoba tempat ini karena tampilannya kue-nya yang mencolok di depan toko serta bau cake yang sangat kuat dan menggoda. Pelayannya pun sangat ramah dan bahkan membantu saya ketika saya mengambil foto.
Saya memesan Golden Cheese Cake dan memilih bagian tengah (karena bagian tengah lebih banyak cheese-nya -- apabila memilih bagian pinggir maka teksturnya lebih crunchy tapi lebih sedikit cheese).
Namun sayang sekali dari segi rasa ternyata tidak sesuai ekspektasi saya. Untuk rasanya, masih sangat kuat rasa telur-nya sehingga tidak nyaman apabila dimakan terlalu banyak, sedangkan ketika membeli, porsinya saja sudah besar. Untuk rasa cheese-nya juga tidak terlalu berasa, bahkan masih mendominasi rasa telurnya. Dari segi tekstur sudah sangat baik karena fluffy sekali.
I was interested in trying this place because of the striking appearance of the cake in front of the shop and the very strong and tempting smell of the cake. The waiter was also very friendly and even helped me when I took photos.
I ordered the Golden Cheese Cake and chose the middle (because the center has more cheese -- if you choose the edges, it's crunchier but less cheese).
But unfortunately in terms of taste it didn't live up to my expectations. As for the taste, the taste of the egg is still very strong so it's uncomfortable to eat too much, whereas when you buy it, the portion is already big. The cheese taste is also not too flavorful, in fact it still dominates the taste of the eggs. In terms of texture, it is very good because it is very fluffy.
