★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau minta kuitansi untuk klaim ke kantor ga bisa, katanya sudah lewat dari 5 hari setelah pembelian. Kemudian saya mau minta stempelnya saja sebagai bukti di tanda pemesanan juga ditolak. Apa susahnya ya bikin kuitansi doang? After sales servicenya buruk ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan sangat tidak baik. pesan kacamata 11 hari sudah ditunggu dengan sabar. datang ambil kacamata sesuai tanggal pesanan, sudah memberitahukan juga kalau akan datang dan dijawab kacamata sdh bs diambil. sdh otw ke optik di tengah jalan tiba2 dikasih tau kalau belum bs di ambil kacamata nya krn katanya belum dikirim dr pusat dan besok MUNGKIN baru jadi dan disuruh balik lagi! akhirnya ditungguin kurir datang. dijanjikan 15 menit lg datang tp hampir 2 jam nunggu ga dateng2 dgn alasan ban kempes. selama menunggu tidak diberikan air minum atau pelayanan yang ramah. terakhir kali beli kacamata disini. nyesel
service is not very good. ordered glasses 11 days was waiting patiently. come get the glasses according to the order date, have also informed that they will come and the answer is that the glasses can be taken. I went to optics in the middle of the road, I was suddenly told that the glasses couldn't be picked up because they said they hadn't been sent from the center and tomorrow MAY be finished and told to come back again! Finally waiting for the courier to arrive. promised another 15 minutes to come but almost 2 hours of waiting it didn't come with the excuse of a flat tire. while waiting not given drinking water or friendly service. Last time I bought glasses here. regret it
