★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I fall in love with this homestay since the price is very affordable (except for peak season I think). I got a standard super room type with only IDR 212k per night. At the beginning, I only booked the room for 2 nights. But I ended up staying for 4 nights here.
They only have 5 staff here, but it's more than enough. I have to admit that the staff are so helpful. When I had a problem with the flush (already late), I told the staff immediately. The next day, I found it was already fixed.
They will clean the room everytime the guests are going outside. This homestay provides hairdryer, 2 towels, 2 dental kits, and 2 bottles of mineral water. My room is unbelievably huge for its price. The bathroom is also big. You will have your private terrace in front of your room. I already posted my photos on Google (you can check to make sure). They also served me Secang Tea (tasted like Cinnamon Tea) as a welcome drink, which I did not expect at all.
Btw, don't underestimate the looks of the AC. It looks old, but works well. If you want it to stay ON, you should tell the staff since they will clean your room and turn off the AC. One day, I got back to the room late and found the AC was off, but the lights were on. They are nice, but they only follow the standard instructions if you don't ask anything special. You can ask for hot water (for drinks) anytime. But they only give room service from 6 am until 9 pm (for ordering food or drinks from the menu).
The food here is standard. I can't say it's bad, but it's not that tasty. You better go out and look for food on Parangtritis street. There are a lot of Warungs there. They usually sell meatball, Javanese noodle etc, and the special one is young lamb satay or tongseng.
The environment here is very homie and comfortable, except for the smell of smoke from burning the trash. The only thing that annoys me most is the water since I smell metals from the water. But I still can stand it.
They also have 2 other types of room, standard and family room (too big to be true).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! As I've been looking for a place to stay that is not just an ordinary sophisticated hotel, I came upon this homestay, and I didn't regret it! Its scenic cottages located in a rather remote village, next to a small river and rice field. A to go place if you're looking for a place to refresh your soul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is all what you expect of a nice stay in a place with a truly Javanese rural feel. The wooden Joglo style bungalows will make you even more like staying in the middle of a Javanese village with forests and rice fields surrounding it. The bathroom itself has a semi-indoor concept, especially in the morning, you can see the sunlight coming in and hear birds chirping outside.
