The place is comfortable and clean, the guards are friendly, the way to respond to complaints is still friendly and patient, so the rent is moderate ... middle up and above ... I feel very satisfied ...

akila ini salah dari sedikit yg model void di tengah, membuat rumah kos jadi lega dan tidak berasa sempit dan kumuh.
faslitas umum berupa free wifi, listrik central (bukan token), parkir motor luas, rooftop buat nongkrong (atau jemur cucian), kulkas share dan pantry di tiap lantai bikin kos ini jadi beda dgn kos lain.
masing2 kamar berjendela juga sudah lengkap dengan springbed, meja kursi, lemari, tv flat 32" dgn channel tv satelite siap tonton tanpa extra charge, dan kamar mandi dalam dgn toilet duduk dan shower air hangat juga bikin nyaman.
there aren't many kos2an with void models in the middle and not in the form of rooms facing each other at Alley.
Akila is one of the few void models in the middle, making boarding houses relieved and not feeling cramped and cramped.
Public facilities in the form of free wifi, central electricity (not tokens), spacious motorbike parking, rooftop for hanging out (or drying laundry), refrigerator share and pantry on each floor make this boarding house different from other boarding houses.
each windowed room is also complete with spring bed, desk chair, wardrobe, 32 "flat tv with satellite tv channel ready to watch without extra charge, and the bathroom with toilet seat and warm shower also makes it comfortable.
