★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven’t tasted “nasi liwet” for quite a long time. It’s mixed rice with coconut milk sauce for the main ingredients, plus some chicken and tofu, topped with the crispy cow-skin fritters. This specialty food originated from Solo in Central Java. Very fragrant and tasty. Delicious!
