despite all negative comments about slow management/long time of wait (which is kinda true) i think it's all okay tho, most of hospitals that i visited requires prudential's confirmation before taking further action. and patients here kinda crowded so available room are hard to get.
the only thing i was upset about is i have to re do the PCR test here to get to my room. (the biggest reason for the long waiting)
i bring my own result from 3 days ago, but they require PCR result of 2x24 hours. but still the best hospital i've ever go to. recommended

Good God the Gracious, I don't wanna cuss but hell this place makes me wanna mutter everything that's unholy!
Wasted my time waiting for what? Unclear reasons. I wonder whether it's the staff or the computer system that's snail speed slow but I guess BOTH.
Some of the staff are pretty okay but the administration, ya Allah astagfirullah mercy y'all, would it kill you to be more informative towards your patients?
Ada gangguan di sistem? Bilang.
Ada masalah di method of payment? Bilang.
Ada harus nunggu karena masih tunggu kavar dari poli/bagian lain? B-i-l-a-n-g.
Jangan orang cuma dibikin nunggu, nunggu, nunggu. Udah lagi sakit, malah dibikin capek dan dicoba kesabarannya.
That be said some of the administration staff at 1st floor lobby seems like they seriously need hospitality training.
If any of you future patient wanna come to this place, just spare a day. You're pretty lucky to get your business done in half a day but the chance is pretty frickin' slim.

it may take more than 3 hour just to clear payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not even one doctor otrhopedi working 8 may 2021 time : 13.00 , even they say the asistant doctor is there but waiting ater 2 hours didnt showed up , and my case was emergency , they just tell me to wait with no clue until when . what a way to treat a pasien .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly slow service. Over priced Mediocre doctors who are trying to sell as much medicine as possible. We paid for one consultation fee 800k rupiah ! Waited all day in the queue to get a simple antibiotic! Terrible!

Couldn't say a name but she's so mean and zero responsibility. Never give a good words and never motivates the patient to get well. Extremely disappointed with her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is a 1/2 star option available o would have given that … The worst service specifically when your consultation is covered by insurance. To see a doctor and registration in total only 15 min .. pathetic part is payment through insurance minimum 45 min and post that another 30 min waiting or more to collect the medicine .. data entry speed sucks so as the cashier
