Could use a dehumidifier or exhaust fans in the shower to get rid of mold/mildew smells in the locker area.

β β β β β Poor service quality, and the place is hot, not comfy. Just paid a member fee for my wife, and did a first visit after registered as a member and bring along my 2 daughters (bigger one 4 years old, and baby 5 months old) and her babysitter.
However when my baby with her babysitter wait for my wife's class in the so-called lounge, my baby have so much sweat due to not cold AC, which this make my baby not comfy and cried for almost 30 minutes. What made me and my wife angry is when my babysitter ask the customer service to call my wife in the class, and ask if there is any female officer to call her by enter the class, as my wife's cellphone is on the locker. The customer service denied the request with no wise judgement/discretion whatsoever.
When i challenged him to show the regulation/any written ones, he can't show it. That is why, after just 1 visit, me and my wife decide not to join this gym anymore. Poor standard of service quality, really not worth the money or the brand that gold's gym has.

β β β β β Nice gold gym branch. Located below eat n eat. A bit small but still nice. Not to crowded compared to other branch. Friendly service from the staff. Good cleanliness for the locker, toilet and shower. Overall it's a good branch in my opinion.
