★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad place to cut your hair. The hairstylist did not understand what customers want. They made your hair thinner although I already told them to make it thicker. They also charge you with high prices and created hair wave that you did not requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be my fav salon on 2014-ish, I thought they kept their good service. Two days ago I went there and really disappointed, bad hair stylist, I feel like they only know "rambut tante-tante" seriously? some people want a normal and casual hair please. I also did manicure pedicure and gel nail polish, gosh.. this is worst. The only thing they kept was the price, the expensive price :) frankly speaking, not worth it. Hair stylist or manicures, pedicures in cheap salon can do better than them or May-May Salon in Taman Anggrek way much better.

My hair was extra long and super thick.
He understood exactly what I wanted and now my hair looks fresh and perfect! Super happy with the result :)
Great service. Reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my reflexology appointment online with any stylist and they had my name on the list when I came in. They immediately blamed me for not choosing a stylist when they didn’t have one ready for the allotted time. It was my first visit, how was I supposed to know which person is a stylist and which is masseuse? And if I had to choose someone, why do they give me the option of “any” stylist?
I asked them to confirm when one would be ready and spoke to three staff members without any answers. One of them said the service is unavailable. Another one said they can still get someone. It was a confusing wait and when they finally gave an availability I had to wait another 30 minutes. Then they asked me where I wanted the reflexology done ? unbelievable. I asked them “where is it usually done?! Why are you asking me?!” Terrible experience, will never come again or recommend.
