★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan tidak ramah, lelet, ga ada rasa empati, mau daftar harus nunggu di dalam, udh tau lg covid malah bikin kumpulan covid, yg dtg kesitu berharap sehat mlh jadi covid krna kerumunan, dan nunggu ada hasil nya ya lama beud,bilang ny 1 jam malah bisa lebih ,, kita bukan orang awam yg baru test sekali antigen. Kita tau jam nunggu hasil itu ga sampai 30 menit.

Kesehatan dan medical check up itu aja banyak yang ada dokternya, kemudian Pemanggilan sangat Lama sekali dan harus kita yang menanyakan ke Petugasnya sudah dipanggil Belum, kata Mbak" petugasnya nanti dipanggil jika nunggu diluar nanti akan dipanggil, nyatanya gak dipanggil panggil, sampai akhrinya ternyata antrian saya kelewatan diserobot, dan saya sendiri yang akhirnya menanyakan, kenapa tidak dipanggil", katanya nanti dipanggil diluar didepan pintu lab, nyatanya tidak, hal ini karena tempatnya yang sangat sempit dan penuh sesak banyak orang, otomatis saya harus jaga jarak dong, dan lab ini sama sekali menurut saya tidak menerapkan prokes ketat jaga jarak di masa Pandemi Covid ini, apalagi PPKM, intinya Jangan Kesini, Sangat tidak Worth it.

Health and medical check ups, there are only many doctors, then the call is very long and we have to ask the officer, it has been called yet, Mbak said "the officer will be called if waiting outside will be called, in fact not called, until finally there is a queue I was too late to be grabbed, and I finally asked myself why I wasn't called," he said later he was called outside in front of the lab door, in fact no, this is because the place is very narrow and crowded with many people, I automatically have to keep my distance, and this lab In my opinion, I don't implement strict procedures for keeping distance during this Covid Pandemic, especially PPKM, basically, don't come here, it's really not worth it.
