★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setelah gempa jogja tahun 2006 gedungnya dibangun baru. Lebih bagus. Terawat. Nyaman. Fasilitas cukup lengkap. Parkir luas dan memadai.
After the 2006 Jogja earthquake the new building was built. Better. Manicured. Comfortable. The facilities are quite complete. Parking is spacious and adequate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan CSO yang Ibuk-Ibuk sangat tidak ramah, dari awal jawabannya sudah ketus. Ketika kami menjawab dengan dasar hukum peraturan malah dijawab "kalau tidak mau memperbaiki, jangan dimasukkan disini" sungguh tidak profesional.
The CSO service that was busy was very unfriendly, from the start the answer was curt. When we answered on the basis of legal regulations, they were answered "if you don't want to fix it, don't put it here" really unprofessional.

Alhamdulillah cepat dan nyaman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu konsultasi di KPPN jogja sangat nyaman..dijawab nya sangat baik2 dn solutif tp skrg bagian MSKI (CS) layanan nya tidak ramah, suaranya keras, bertanya terkait aplikasi malah dimarah2in jawaban yg diberikan bukan terkait pertanyaan yg kita ajukan..tolong perbaiki layanan nya...katanya instansinya sdh wbbm...??
In the past, consultations at the Jogja KPPN were very comfortable..the answers were very good and solution but now the MSKI (CS) service is not friendly, the voice is loud, asking questions related to the application is even angry with the answers given not related to the questions we ask..please improve the service ...he said the agency had wbbm...??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [Update 21 Maret ,2022 ] Disini gak bisa ngajuin proposal, jadi penasaran fungsi kantor ini selain untuk mencari nafkah bagi pegawainya. Untuk pelayan ke masyarakat aku gak tahu. Tapi, buat pelayanan ngajuin proposal langsung di tolak, mungkin emang gak bisa Atua kurang sosialisi aja
[Update March 21, 2022] We can't submit proposals here, so I'm curious about the function of this office other than to make a living for its employees. As for public service, I don't know. But, for services that submit proposals, they are immediately rejected, maybe it can't be done or just lack socialization
