 Just come here when I visit a friend's boarding house. The room is small and the air circulation is good. Heard stories from friends too many rats and cockroaches :(

Kamar yang waktu itu saya ambil: 1.750.000 (AC + Wifi + Kamar mandi di dalam). Lokasi kamar saya paling pojok di lt 1, sebelah kiri. Pengalaman pertama ngekos disini justru malah mengecewakan. Sinyal wifi suka terputus, bahkan terkadang sama sekali tidak bisa terkoneksi. Dan yang lebih menjijikan lagi, puluhan kecoa muncul dari wc ketika hujan. Pemilik tidak memberikan solusi, bersikap abai, serta tidak mau solusi refund (padahal pada saat itu, kamar baru ditempati 3 harian). If you want to find comfort place, nah this is not the one. I spent much money for something useless.

And even more disgusting, dozens of cockroaches emerged from the toilet when it rained. The owner does not provide a solution, is ignorant, and does not want a refund solution (even though at that time three new rooms were occupied). If you want to find comfort place, this is not the one. I spent a lot of money for something useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ harga terjangkau, wifi kenceng, tempat strategis kemana2 cocok utk pencari kos budget dibawah 1,3 tp sudah kamar mandi dalam. tapi kos sempit kamar yg non AC tdk ada lemari. sampah makanan harap langsung buang keluar rumah krn apabila dibuang di luar kamar, esok paginya sampah berserakan krn tikus. kalo pas musim, kecoa diluar kamar sangat banyak.
affordable prices, fast wifi, strategic places to go anywhere suitable for budget boarders under 1.3 tp already in the bathroom. but boarding room non-AC cramped no closet. food waste please dispose of the house immediately because if it is disposed outside the room, the next morning the trash is scattered because of rats. if in season, cockroaches outside the room very much.
