★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commercial kost. Tinggal disini beberapa Bulan. Fasilitas komplit, AC, Springbed, bantal guling, ga Ada sprei, tanpa selimut. Kamar Mandi Dalam tapi temboknya jelek, banyak lembab disanasini, sistem pembuangan air nya Ada masalah sehingga rembes ke kamar. Pintu kamar Mandi Salah pasang sehingga air Mandi keluar melalui celah pintu. Pintu kamar juga kurang bagus, rayapan. Dapur umum, ok. Overall puaslah Karena harganya GA Mahal.
 Commercial boarding house. Lived here a few months. Complete facilities, air conditioning, spring beds, bolster pillows, no sheets, no blankets. The bathroom is inside but the walls are ugly, there is a lot of humidity in here, the drainage system has a problem so that it seeps into the room. The bathroom door is incorrectly installed so that the shower water comes out through the door gap. The room door is also not good, creeping. Common kitchen, ok. Overall satisfied because the price is GA expensive.
