★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not recommended for the foreigners. smell dirty, lack of service, especially if you can't pay rent on time, they will charge you roughly without a doubt, they will say to you to pack out your things that very day. no matter how long you stayed in, they will kick you out once you cant pay the rent on time. tv broken, ac broken 4 time in a year and they love to delaying fixing the broken TV or AC.
