AC Boarding is always serviced 3 months once, and it's FREE ?? it's great sir ... I'm happy here wkwkwk ...
btw the one in the photo is the air-conditioner service subscriber, Mr. Kost, yeah ... not the boarding house ... hehehhe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ awalnya tuh biasa bgt, wrn kuning gitu. tp aku cat sndiri jd warna putih jd keliatan lebih eksklusif. aku nge kost disini hrganya 900.000/bln. dengan ac, kmr mandi dalam, air, ember, gayung, sikat kmr mandi, laci kecil, jemuran kecil, keset kaki dan meja belajar kecil. token isi sendiri. lemari baju beli sendiri. kamar ini ada jendelanya, tp ga bgitu terang karna tetap terhalang tembok rumah sebelah. cukup murah karena depan rmh ada londry, bnyk warteg dan toko2 lainnya. plus menghadap jalan. memang sedikit lebih bising krn bukan gang2/komplek. cuma ribetnya ga ada alfamart dan atm terdekat.

I am boarding here for only 900,000 / month. with air conditioner, shower bath, water, bucket, dipper, bath brush, small drawer, small clothesline, doormats and small study table. own content token. wardrobe buy yourself. this room has a window, but it's not so bright because it's still blocked by the wall next door. quite cheap because in front of the house there are londry, many warteg and other shops. plus facing the road. it's a bit more noisy because it's not gang2 / complex. only complicated there is no alfamart and atm nearby.
