My first experience of being treated using BPJS at this clinic .. Friendly service .. The doctor is communicative .. No queues .. Even for referrals is easy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merevisi ulasan saya 4 tahun yg lalu, skr klinik ini menjadi klinik favorite keluarga kami.
Alhamdulillah semakin tahun pelayanan semakin membaik untuk pelayanan faskes tingkat 1. Resepsionisnya ramah, dan dokternya pun baik dalam melayani. Paling tidak, kami gak perlu ngantri panjang untuk mendapatkan pelayanan seperti di puskesmas. Sempat 2 kali pindah lokasi, dan untungnya masih terjangkau dari rumah dg jalan kaki.
Karena baru pindah lokasi, jd "penampakannya" masih belum tertata rapi. Mudah2an ke depannya lebih bagus lg, amin.
Daftar via apps BPJS atau telp langsung jg bisa dilayani.
Revising my review 4 years ago, now this clinic is our family's favorite clinic.
Alhamdulillah, every year the service is getting better for level 1 health facilities. The receptionist is friendly, and the doctor is also good at serving. At least we don't have to wait in long queues to get services like at the puskesmas. Had moved 2 times, and luckily it was still affordable from home on foot.
Because it just moved location, so the "appearance" is still not neatly arranged. Hopefully in the future it will be even better, amen.
Registration via BPJS apps or direct telephone can also be served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong di bagian pendaftaran lebih profesional.. Bukan hanya sekali saya periksa ke klinik sangrila, ad satu staf yg slalu menggunakan handsfree..
Dan kurang ramah.. Yg lebih parah, tgl 17 Januari 2022 kemaren. Saya membawa anak saya periksa, dia lagi ajah yg bikin pusat perhatian saya,
1 handsfree slalu ad di kuping.
2 TIDAK MENGGUNAKAN MASKER.
3 cara melayani pasien di pendaftaran.
poin yg ke2, yg menurut saya paling memalukan, di tempat seperti ini malah tidak menggunakan masker..
Please be more professional at the registration section.. Not only did I check at the Sangrila clinic once, there was one staff who always used hands free..
And less friendly... What's worse, on January 17, 2022 yesterday. I took my son to check, he's still the center of my attention,
1 handsfree always in the ear.
2 DO NOT USE MASK.
3 ways to serve patients at registration.
2nd point, which in my opinion is the most embarrassing, in a place like this don't even use masks..
