★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut saya pelayanan nya sudah bagus dr karyawan dan lain nya... Tapi cuma ini bagian kasir apotekernya yg ibu2 hari ini judes ... Ngasih kertas buat tebus obat agak di lempar... Seharusnya lebih baik lagi ya Bu,. ini kita berobat juga bayar bukan pake BPJS.... Terima kasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rekomend banget tempatnya, istri berobat lebih cocok ke sini, setelah beberapa tempat.
Cuma disini bagi yang minta nota atau kwitansi harus mnta dan tanya ke bagian kasir, trus ke bagian lain. Intinya bagi yg membutuhkan kwitansi hasil pengobatannya harus agak lebih sering mengingatkan saja, yang lain sudah bagus banget.
Mungkin karna selalu rame pasien yang berdatangan dari selain daerah Bekasi yaa ??

Tidak ada transparannya terkait antrian, bikin fikiran kita tuh jadi banyak asumsi. ga ada display, minimal nomor antrian disebut gitu. pemanggilan antrian dari nama pasien saja, ga langsung kita mengamati dong. suka heran ada pasien yg ga dipanggil, tp bisa masuk pemeriksaan dluan. ada yang nempel perawat, lalu masuk pemeriksaan. ada yang baru masuk antrian pemeriksaan, bisa masuk dluan juga. itu semua diluar prioritas.
entah lah,
kita Indonesia. punya Budaya yang sudah “Biasa”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu itu berobat kesini murah, skrng sudah terlalu komersil paling murah itu berobat di sini 100k (pdhl cuman obat generik yg selembar nya 2500 perak ) beli obat yg sama di toko obat cuman 25k...klinik ambil cuan di atas 400% lebih...buat sebagian orang kecil cari duit 100ribu itu susah apalagi di masa PPKM gini....lama" dr Solihin bisa nambah bini lagi nih skalian bikin RS ngambil untung dari pasien gak kira". Ingat sumpah mu dok Saya akan membaktikan hidup saya guna perikemanusiaan. Saya akan menjalankan tugas dengan cara yang terhormat dan bersusila sesuai dengan martabat pekerjaan saya sebagai dokter.
