PELAYANAN SANGAT BURUK!!! TERUTAMA MBA RESEPSIONIS YANG SANGAT TIDAK RAMAH,KO BISA ORANG SEPERTI ITU DIPEKERJAKAN!PERBAIKI SETIAP MASUKAN! SAYA SUDAH BERAPA TAHUN BEROBAT DIKLINIK ITU BARU INI RIBUT2 KARNA ORANG SEPERTI ANDA! DARI SAYA DATANG UDH DISAMBUT DENGAN TIDAK RAMAH,SAYA MINTA RUJUKAN DENGAN MEMBAWA HASIL LAB DR RS.YG MERUJUK,LALU BLM APA2 SUDAH DIBILANG TIDAK BISA.SAMPE AKHIRNY MENUNGGU DICEK DIDOKTER UMUM DLU.SETELAH MASUK KEDOKTER..DOKTER MEMBERIKAN IZIN RUJUKAN NAMUN TBTB SI RESEPSIONIS BLG"KO BISA SIH???KN GK BISA !!(MAKSUD DIA APA SEPERTI ITU??)SAYA SUDAH TIDAK ENAK HATI. LALU TBTB DIA MASUK KERUANGAN DOKTER ENTAH APA YG DIA BLG,SAMPE AKHIRNY STLH MENUNGGU LAMA,NAMA SAYA BARU DIPANGGIL DAN DIBERIKAN OBAT!? SAYA BINGUNG OBAT APA INI SAYA KNNMAU MINTA RUJUKAN?LALU DIA BLG KALO SAYA TIDAK BISA DIRUJUK DGN MCM2 ALASAN YG TIDAK DIJELASKAN DARI AWAL SAYA DATANG..SAYA DAN SUAMI SUDAH RIBUT DENGAN DIA .karna kesal dengan si mba yang tidak dari awal menjelaskan prosedurny dengan baik.malah membentak dengan n bicara nada tinggi.semua yang pake bpjs juga berhak jangan kamu rendahkan seperti itu.saya juga bayar pake BPJS,kalian baru kerja seperti itu udah gayany ky paling pintar.dapat sembuh nya belum malah sakit iya hati saya karna Dateng kesitu.
VERY BAD SERVICE!!! ESPECIALLY the VERY UNFRIENDLY MBA RECEPTIONISTS,HOW CAN PEOPLE LIKE THAT BE HIRED!FIX EVERY ENTRY! HOW MANY YEARS I HAVE BEEN TREATED IN THIS CLINIC. FROM ME COMING, WE HAVE BEEN WERE UNFRIENDLY, I ASKED FOR REFERRAL BY BRINGING THE LAB RESULTS BY THE REFERRING RS. THEN BLM WHAT YOU HAVE TOLD YOU CAN'T. UNTIL FINALLY WAITING TO BE CHECKED AT THE GENERAL DOCTOR DLU. SET UP MEMBER. THE RECEPTIONIST BLG "YOU CAN??? IT CAN'T !!(WHAT HE MEANS LIKE THAT??) I HAVE DON'T FEEL GOOD. THEN TBTB HE ENTERED THE DOCTOR'S ROOM WHAT HE DOES, UNTIL FINALLY WAITED FOR A LONG WAIT, MY NAME IS NEW CALLED AND GIVEN MEDICINE!? I AM CONFUSED WHAT MEDICINE IS THIS I WOULD LIKE TO REFER? THEN HE BLG IF I CAN'T BE REFERRED WITH MCM2 REASONS THAT WAS NOT EXPLAINED FROM THE BEGINNING I COME.. ME AND HUSBAND HAVE BEEN TROUBLED WITH HIM. didn't explain the procedure well from the start. Instead, he shouted in a high tone. Everyone who uses BPJS has the right, don't belittle it like that. I also paid for it using BPJS, you guys just work like that, you're the smartest. Can you recover yet? Yes, my heart hurts because I came there.

Alhamdulillah,,,,, obat2 nya pake bungkus sama dpt sirup padahal pake bpjs,,, maksimal 3hr standar berobat,,, trs dokternya bilang jika memang 3 hr tidak ada perubahan kontrol setelah obat hbs,,, dan klu memang g ada perubahan br dirujuk,,,,, kdng klu berobat bayar g pake bungkus obatnya,,, ini mah pelayanannya profesional bnget dokternya,,, terima kasih klinik mulia medika dan nakesnya,,, alhamdulillah anakku sdh sembuh,,,,
Alhamdulillah,,,,, the medicines are packaged with syrup, even though they use BPJS,,, a maximum of 3 days for standard treatment,,, but the doctor said if indeed there was no change in control after 3 days of HBs medicine,,, and if there really was no change br referred... This is a very professional service, the doctor, thank you, Mulia Medika clinic and health workers,,, Thank God my son is recovering

Dokternya ramah baik petugas kesehatannya juga ramah tapi sayang PETUGAS ADMINISTRASI YANG MUDA SANGAT TIDAK SOPAN beberapa kali sy melihat pelayannya buruk seolah pasien seorang mengemis, ternyata bukan hanya ketus kpd sy tapi sy prnah melihat dpn mata, 2 org tua (lansia) berdebat dgn petugas adm yg msh abg itu Mungkin perekrutan petugas adm lbh di perhatikan lagi attitude nya jika bekerja di pelayanan publik
The doctor is friendly, the health officer is also friendly, but unfortunately the YOUNG ADMINISTRATION OFFICER is VERY impolite. Several times I saw the waiter was bad as if the patient was begging, it turned out that he was not only rude to me but I have seen in front of my eyes, 2 old people (elderly) argued with the admin officer the older one Maybe the recruitment of adm officers should pay attention to their attitude if they work in public services

niatnya sih cuma nyobain pake bpjs tuh gmna rasanya , eh kok ya pelayanannya ga rekomen , ga kaget sih kalo reviewnya bintang 2,1 ,sebagai contoh nih yg paling simpel aja gausah bahas resepsionis yg jelas2 udah ? , berat badan & tinggi badan aja ditanya doang . kyk klinik ga ada timbangan aja , tenang , saya pindah faskes kok , gabakal kesini lg. untuk temen2 yg mau berobat disini dan baca review ini . saya saranin gausah deh nyoba kesini ?
The intention is to just try using BPJS, how does it taste, how come the service is not recommended, I'm not surprised if the review is 2.1 stars, as an example, the simplest one, don't worry about the receptionist, who's already clear, just ask your weight & height . It's like the clinic doesn't have a scale, don't worry, I've moved health facilities, I won't be here anymore. for friends who want treatment here and read this review. I suggest you don't try here

Admin pendaftarannya jutek ga da ramahnya ga da senyumnya g da sapa salam nya ke pasien wlw kita make bpjs, bpjs itu kan kita bayar loh ga gratis. nyesel si pindah faskes 1 ke sini cuma karna dket rumah aja si., padahal dokternya baik baik di klinik ini.., yg ngasih obat juga baik,, cumaa minim di mba mba pndftrannya .. masyaAllah sekali deh...
The registration admin is rude, not friendly, no smile, no greeting to patients, if we use BPJS, we pay for BPJS, it's not free. I'm sorry that I moved health facility 1 here, just because it's close to my house, even though the doctor is very good at this clinic.., the one who gives medicine is also good,, only minimal at the receptionist.. MasyaAllah, that's all...

Bertahun tahun saya berobat disini. Pelayanan baik...perawatnya sangat ramah dan membantu. Obat nya paten. Good job. Kalo ad yg comen perawat jutek.. itu hoax

Saya mau tau siapa pemilik klinik ini sampai pelayanan bisa seperti ini. Dokter yang melayani SANGAT TIDAK ETIS. namanya orang ke dokter, berobat, mau tau sakit apa karna ada keluhan! Sama dokter yg satu sudah ok buat rujukan kalau keluhan berulang, sama dokter yg lainnya malah diajak taruhan. Kalau mau taruhan tdk usah jadi dokter. Atasan saya dokter kok, walaupun beliau galak ke karyawan tapi untuk pasien beliau manisss. Ini kok bisa-bisanya dokter ngajak taruhan ckck
I want to know who owns this clinic so that services can be like this. The doctor who serves is VERY unethical. the name is people go to the doctor, get treatment, want to know what kind of pain there is because there are complaints! With one doctor, it's ok to make a referral if the complaint is repeated, the other doctor is even invited to make a bet. If you want to bet, you don't have to be a doctor. My boss is a doctor, even though he is fierce to employees but for his patients he is sweet. How come the doctor asks for a bet ckck

Melayani BPJS jadi cukup ramai. Pelayanan Dokter umum dan Dokter Gigi Dihari Rabu dan Kamis ada Drg.Nisful yg super ramah dan sangat membantu ??
Serving BPJS is quite crowded. General Practitioner and Dentist Services On Wednesday and Thursday there is Drg. Nisful who is super friendly and very helpful ??
