★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter sama sekali ga ramah, minta rujukan aja ga boleh, pelayanan sangat sangat kurang padahal peserta bpjs bukan pasien gratis tapi bayar per bulannya. Over all, really not recommended, mending cari klinik bpjs lain
 The doctor was not friendly at all, just asking for referrals was not allowed, the service was very lacking even though the bpjs participants were not free patients but paid per month. Over all, really not recommended, it's better to look for another BPJ clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari Jum'at tgl 31.08 2018. Kondisi tubuh saya mati rasa. AHIRNYA ada warga yg bantu saya. Ada yg ngerik badan saya ada pencet tangan sy. Tp gak terasa.walaupun dengan tenaga mereka.. AHIRNYA sy pergi ke khadimul insan. Hari itu dokternya lumayan baik dan ramah. Dan sy dapet ijin dokter.. pas Sabtu tgl 01-09-2018. Sy berobat LG karena badan sy bekas kemaren yg kerik SM pencet bagian tubuh saya terasa sakit. Tujuannya minta ijin buat hari itu.sy berangkat jam11:30. Saya pun taruh kartu BPJS sy ditempat biasa.. tp itu dalam keadaan istirahat. Jam berapa istirahatnya tuh,,??? Jam 11:30 aja udh gak ada pegawainya. Sy tanya ke seorang petugas .klo gak salah namanya Lukman. Saya tanya. Ini istirahat sampai jam berapa ..?? Tanya saya.!! Dia pun menjawab.. jam 13:00.. dalam hati saya.. gila istirahat berapa jam.. ?? Nah akhirnya jam 12:05 saya dipanggil sama petugas wanitanya. Di check tuh tekanan darah sy. 120. Masih normal kata dia... Kata dia langsung masuk aja klo dokter nya udh Dateng.. AHIRNYA sy menunggu LG.. saat petugas wanita itu memanggil pasien berikutnya. Si dokter itu masuk ruangannya.. Dalam hati sy. Dokternya udh masuk . Sy harus segera masuk.. untuk berobat..!! AHIRNYA sy masuk.. tok tok tok sy ketuk pintu langsung masuk. Dalam keadaan kesal si dokter periksa sy. Sakit apa ? Disitu saya jelasin.!! Dokter cuma periksa dada saya. pake alat periksa yg dari telinga kedada sy. Abis itu dia hanya ngasih obat 2 macam saja.. saya pun berkata. Dok , saya ijin buat hari ini.. maaf tidak bisa , cuma buat berobat jalan aja yg bisa. Itu kata dia.. dengan kesal .akhirnya saya keluar menutup pintu.. tiba tiba dia .. bicara .. Lukman bales WA saya(WhatsApp) . Langsung lah dia kunci pintu tersebut.. mungkin dia kesal karena dia baru masuk sudah ada pasien.. padahal istirahat sudah selama itu. AHIRNYA resep dari dokter itu saya kasih ke petugas farmasi... Dia pun memberikan obat ke saya. Tp tidak saya terima.. karena obat yg 2 macam tersebut sama dengan yg dokter berikan kemarin . 4 macam LG.. sy tunjukkin obat yg kemarin ke petugas itu.. dia menjawab. Iyah sama.. iya mas sama. Sy kesini cuma mau minta surat ijin buat hari ini. Terus kenapa gak minta.. udh tp gak dikasih.. terus gmn. Kemaren sy dapet surat dokter sekarang gak dapet.. iya hanya menjawab. Dokternya beda.. emang beda lah masa sama.. bersambung.. semoga tidak terjadi SM teman teman yg lain.. INTINYA DOKTERNYA LG MARAH..
Friday 31.08 2018. My body condition is numb. FINALLY there are people who help me. There is someone who chuckles my body and squeezes my hand. But it can't be felt. Even with their strength ... I finally went to khadimul insan. That day the doctor was quite kind and friendly. And I got the doctor's permission ... on Saturday, 01-09-2018. I went to LG for treatment because my body from yesterday which was scraped by SM pressed my body aching. The goal is to ask permission for that day. Sy will leave at 11:30. I also put my BPJS card in the usual place .. but it was at rest. What time does it rest ??? At 11:30 there are no employees. I asked an officer if it's not wrong his name is Lukman. I ask. This is rest until what time .. ?? Ask me.!! He also answered .. at 13:00 .. in my heart .. how many hours of rest crazy .. ?? So finally at 12:05 I was called by the female officer. Check my blood pressure. 120. Still normal, he said ... He said he immediately went in if the doctor had arrived .. I was finally waiting for LG .. when the female officer called the next patient. The doctor entered the room .. In my heart. The doctor is already in. I have to come in immediately .. for treatment .. !! FINALLY I came in ... knock knock knock knocked on the door directly. In a state of annoyance the doctor examined me. What pain ? There I explain. !! The doctor just checked my chest. use a check tool from my ear to my chest. After that he only gave 2 kinds of medicine .. I also said. Doc, I gave permission for today .. sorry I can't, only for medical treatment that can. That was what he said .. annoyed. I finally went out and closed the door .. suddenly he was .. talking .. Lukman replied to my WA (WhatsApp). Immediately he locked the door .. maybe he was annoyed because he just came in there was a patient .. even though he had been resting that long. FINALLY I gave the doctor's prescription to the pharmacy ... He also gave me the medicine. But I didn't accept it ... because the 2 kinds of drugs are the same as what the doctor gave yesterday. 4 kinds of LG .. I showed the medicine yesterday to the officer .. he answered. Yes, same ... yes, it's the same. I'm just here to ask for a permit for today. Then why don't you ask ... it's already not given ... so what. Yesterday I got the doctor's letter. Now I don't get it ... just answer. The doctor is different .. the same period is different .. continued .. hopefully it won't happen SM other friends .. the bottom line is LG angry ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter yg sekarang gak ramah sama pasien beda sama yg dulu...kemarin hari selasa priksa tensi darah tinggi sama kepala kliyengan malah dikasih vitamin sama obat nyeri...kecewa....
Doctors who are not friendly with patients are different from the past ... yesterday on Tuesday, the high blood pressure test and the head of the client were given vitamins and pain medication ... disappointed ...

Dental care at khadimul insan clinic, the doctors are kind & friendly, very friendly .. The other employees are also friendly, friendly ... The service is really good & satisfying ... The place is also comfortable ... Anyway, I recommend you if you want dental care. ..
