★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My rescued kitten came here to have an eye removed - and came back home to develop parvo virus after being here. Another kitten caught it from him and now two of our rescued kittens are dead. I had to hold the second one for an hour while she died in agony!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know if the one handling my cat was the vet or the assistant but she looked like she were in a great rush? She didn't 'examine' my cat, just looked at him in passing and gave a verdict and prescriptions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly cheap, thats why the hospitalized service is bad. My cat was in the edge of his live, yet no one bat an eye on him, not even two mens that was in charge near my cat's room. No oxygen support even though my cat was struggling to inhale some. Last but not least, they only allow owner to visit their cat when it was in crisis, nearing its death. If you don't allow owner visiting their sick cat, at least give an effort to respond/informed us fastly about their conditions :) ain't parvo patient needs 24/7 care control? And i believe they didn't do the every two hours feeding rule on the parvo patient. Thankyou i guess.
Note : please hire more doctors and employers to improve your service, the ratio between patients and employers was like 40:4. And please you need isolation rooms for each infected cats, like 1 room 1 cat. They need to be separated so their condition not getting worse, because my cat did worsen when i hospitalized him. Despite that, doctors were nice and friendly, the only plus point.
