★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya berniat untuk berobat kesini karena hari itu kebetulan saya sedang sakit radang & tidak masuk bekerja. Tapi sayang sekali pelayanan dari dokter incharge pada waktu itu ( Dr. Lady ) sgt mengecewakan. Dari awal masuk ke dalam ruangan beliau sudah amat sangat tidak menunjukan sikap ramah terhadap pasien, dan saya rasa itu sgt tidak sopan. Lalu setelah saya menyebutkan keluhan dia menanggapi seakan2 menyepelekan apa yg sdh saya jelaskan. Saya tidak habis fikir ada dokter yang seperti itu sikapnya, sepertinya ini kali pertama saya dtg ke klinik & menemukan dokter yg bersikap seperti itu karena menurut saya ini amat sgt mengecewakan. Sepertinya ini akan menjadi kali pertama & terakhir saya ke klinik ini.
I intend to seek treatment here because that day I happened to be sick with inflammation & did not come to work. But unfortunately the service from the in charge doctor at that time (Dr. Lady) was very disappointing. From the start when he entered the room he was very, very unfriendly to patients, and I thought that was very rude. Then after I mentioned the complaint he responded as if he underestimated what I had explained. I can't stop thinking there is a doctor with that attitude, it seems like this is the first time I've been to a clinic and found a doctor who behaves like that because I think this is very very disappointing. Looks like this will be my first & last time to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tempatnya bersih dan hampir kosong tdk ada yg berobat, saya berobat karena flu tetapi udah lewat 3 hari tdk kunjung sembuh atau berpengaruh obatnya, kayaknya tdk cocok berobat disini. dokternya juga masih muda banget, spt baru lulus kuliah.
the place is clean and almost empty, there is no treatment, I am getting treatment for flu but after 3 days it has not been cured or has had an effect on the medicine, I don't think it is suitable for treatment here. the doctor is also very young, like he just graduated from college.

Saturday for treatment here. The doctor is very caring, the cashier is beautiful, the impression is very positive. I hope I get well soon.

People come here with the intention of getting better, so it hurts even more because the service is really bad I swear to another place that can respect the patient more
