Asallamualaikum Wr Wb ,, I take care of making a new KTP because the old one is damaged, now the system is limited because the condition is in Pandemic, I only put the files for photocopies etc. that must be needed and put in the box that has been provided by including the HP Number. Maybe when it's finished, I'll be on the phone / contact me ... I want to ask, usually it will take a long time, because the condition of this Pandemic has been taking a very long time.

The office is still well maintained, it can be seen from the clean toilets, the service is quite fast and good,
