★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updated: they solved my third issue. I changed my review to 4 stars. Yes they maybe have machine problems, but they are still better compare to other competitors.
Printed three times, ignorance, inaccurancy, and using stupid reason to tell their customers.
First issue: the black ink seems blur.
They said that its my font is to thin, so I change it to bolder, then reprint. Then still black ink seems blur again, they said its the paper I choose too thick. Two different reasons for the same problem, they just dont want to admit their machine has problem.
Second issue: my business card using spot uv. half of the cards has spot UV not in the correct position, and they said that its normal to have tolerance error. Not something I want to hear. I asked for claim, and they stick to their opinion like: "oh its normal to have this error, every machine out there will has same problem". FYI, I print a lot in overseas, and NEVER has this stupid problem.
Third Issue: My back side of the business card, half of them are printed not centered. I repeat, some of them has different left right margin, some are right thought. I just realised this, and are angry enough so I write this bad review.
Maybe its true that they are a little bit better than their competitors, but I think their quality is just so so considering their pricing.

We can send softcopy to be printed by email, so it is easier for us because we do not have to go back and forth there. This place I recommend for digital printing in Gading Serpong area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is reasonably fine. But I do an online order to pickup here, but it's almost a week and they said the courier haven't bring my order. Also they ever forgot to put one of my order, which is pausing project.
But I love instaprint, their quality is good since they use indigo printer. The service is also nice.
