Baik kontrak kerja (baca poin per poin sebelum ttd), peraturan perusahaan secara umum, SOP by Structurally dll, harus tertuang clear diatas kertas. Apabila sales dan marketing, mintakan tertulis skema insentif & target. Nyaris 4 tahun bekerja disana, tdk ada SOP by Structurally yg tertulis yg ditandatangani bersama, apalagi skema insentif & target.
Anyone who wants to come in here, try to put everything in black on white. Both the work contract (read point by point before signing), general company regulations, SOP by Structurally etc., must be clearly stated on paper. If sales and marketing, ask for written incentive schemes & targets. Almost 4 years working there, there is no written SOP by Structurally signed together, let alone incentive schemes and targets.
