Pelayanan kurang top.
Cuma mau nanyain MagSafe Battery, pas baru datang nanyain dong. Mbanya bilangnya ada, pas udah gitu antri lama giliran ditanyain ternyata gak jual.
Harusnya bilang dari awal, gak usah buat costumer lama nunggunya.
Kecewa!!
Semoga di tingkatkan pelayanannya, kalau sudah ada peningkatan nanti saya berikan bintang lima.

Service is not top.
I just wanted to ask for MagSafe Battery, when I just arrived, I asked. Her mother said there was one, when she was already waiting in line for her turn to be asked, it turned out that they didn't sell.
Should have said from the start, you don't have to make customers wait long.
Disappointed!!
Hopefully the service can be improved, if there is an improvement, I will give five stars later.

When I asked for the availability one of variation of macbook air, the employee said there was, I asked to be re-confirmed whether the product was really available, they said yes. Then I made a payment transaction, the employee said he was sorry if the product I wanted to buy was not available. Unfortunately, like it or not, I have to buy only the variations that are available in the store ??? and there were no compensation idea at all from the store because of their fault. Thank god I can hold my temper and be patient. Before in the future there will be no customers who lose their patience because this kind of mistakes. I hope there will be improvements in the future
