★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kalinya saya ke salon ini dan KECEWA PARAH!
Disini ada 3 staff, yang lumayan ramah cuma satu orang yang pake cadar. Staffnya kerja kayak ogah2an dengan muka jutek
Rambut saya dipotong kependekan. Capster motong rambut saya asal-asalan, saya perhatikan cara guntingnya masih kaku dan ga luwes, pokoknya yang penting jadilah.
Pas rambut saya mau di blow, tiba2 cover/barber cape saya malah dibuka dong, alhasil pas rambut saya di blow banyak rambut sisa potong terbang kemana mana, dan pada nempel dan masuk ke baju saya. Akhirnya badan saya jadi gatel2 :))
Padahal di salon yang lain (atau mikir pake logika aja sebenernya bisa sih) kalau cover/barber cape itu gabakal dibuka sampai proses potong rambut/treatment bener2 selesai.
Selesai potong pijit kepala kek sedikit atau paling nggak dikasih hair tonic, padahal di pricelistnya ada lho. Potong rambut udah include blow dan hair tonic.
Yaudah saya minta dong
"Mba ini gadikasih hair tonic?"
"Oh, mau dikasih hair tonic juga?yaudah"
Akhirnya dikasih hair tonic sedikit, usap2 rambut saya sebentar. Kelar

85K potong rambut dengan service buruk kayak gitu it's really not worth it. Cukup ini buat saya yang pertama dan yang terakhir ke salon ini. Kapok!
Oya, terakhir pas mau bayar ada staff yang nge bentak staff lainnya. Teriak2, di depan saya. Gaada attitude baiknya di depan customer. Mantap
Ngomong2 ada nilai plusnya dari saya : tempat nyaman, bersih, fasilitas treatment lumayan lengkap dan ada butik muslimahnya. udah itu aja
My first time to this salon and VERY DISAPPOINTED!
There are 3 staff here, who are quite friendly, only one person wearing a veil. The staff works like they don't want to with a dirty face
My hair is cut short. Capster cut my hair carelessly, I noticed the way the scissors were still stiff and not flexible, the important thing is to be.
When my hair was about to be blown, suddenly the cover/barber cape was opened, as a result, when my hair was blown a lot of the leftover hair flew everywhere, and stuck to my clothes. Finally my body becomes itchy :))
Whereas in other salons (or thinking using logic, it actually works) if the cover/barber cape is not opened until the hair cutting/treatment process is complete.
After cutting, massage the cake's head a little or at least give it a hair tonic, even though it's on the pricelist, you know. Haircut already includes blow and hair tonic.
Alright, I'll ask
"Is this girl giving you a hair tonic?"
"Oh, do you want a hair tonic too? OK?"
Finally given a little hair tonic, rubbed my hair for a while. finished

85K haircut with such bad service it's really not worth it. This is enough for me the first and the last time to this salon. I'm tired!
Oh yes, lastly when I wanted to pay there was a staff who shouted at other staff. Shout, in front of me. There is no good attitude in front of customers. Excellent
By the way, there are plus points from me: the place is comfortable, clean, the treatment facilities are quite complete and there is a Muslim boutique. that's all

Nice Muslim salon. The place is comfortable and clean. Prices are still affordable. Many treatment options. The staff is friendly. There is a boutique too.

I thought it was a new method or something. Turns out they forgot. Also it's a girls only salon. So don't worry for any moeslimah!
