★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya beli hp Samsung A51 lewat tokopedia. Sebelum beli saya chat utk tanya ketersediaan barang. Katanya barang ada dan bisa dikirim via sameday hari ini.
Setelah saya bayar, beberapa waktu kemudian penjual chat lewat tokopedia dan bilang warna yang saya minta tidak ada. Saya minta mereka membatalkan pesanan saya supaya saya tidak perlu menunggu 3 jam untuk pembatalan (prosedur tokopedia). Tapi chat saya tidak dibalas.
I bought a Samsung A51 cellphone via tokopedia. Before buying I chat to ask the availability of goods. He said the goods are available and can be sent via sameday today.

Pas liat di review ternyata pernah ada kejadian kaya gw smp di dtgin ke toko ga ada tanggung jawabnya. Ya udah lah mau harap apa lg cuma bisa kasih bintang 1, kalo ada -1 gw ksh deh.
