β β β β β The best doctor in town they said, but please, the staff? The receptionist? Hope they hired staff with kind heart and humble at least to animal. She only nice with ones that familiar or fancy. Dont they at least hire someone with nice heart with animal, any kind of animal, dome or fancy breed.

β β β β β The queue is crazy! You have to really arrive early here, about 3 hours before it is opened. They open at 3 pm on Saturday, so you have to come at 11 or at least 12 with your pet. And tell the parking guy, he will help you to make a queue. What I suggest is if you want to see drh Magda, you can just go to her own clinic at Bogor. It is far, but you dont need to queue that long!

β β β β β Yes, as many of you who been here long enough know, the wait can go like forever lolll. But, ive been trusting them since 2008 and all my furbabies taken care well enough. GSD and shihtzu, dr magda, dr rini, dr cien, dr eveline, they all putting their passion and hard work in this.
Ps. They open at 15.00, so better arrive early to get your name in number.

β β β β β Arrived here on Wednesday 7.30PM. Line was already long with 5 patients in front of me + 20 more booking patient. The receptionist told us they couldn't accept walk-in patients anymore, but we insisted the bespectacled lady it's emergency, showed her the trembling dying stray kitten, she consulted briefly inside and we were immediately led into the doctor's room.
The lady doctor, to whom i later found out her name is Drh Cien, examined the stray, asked some questions about him, and injected medicine and vitamins while telling me what her diagnosis were. It's comforting to receive transparent information even though it's a confusing case, and i could feel the doctor treated the stray with kindness and respect and hope.
Due to upcoming personal situation, we weren't able to tend to the sick kitten, and thus inquired the doctor whether the clinic could accept tending him for a few days. Unfortunately they don't have that service, BUT the lady doctor gave us a contact person who happens to be stray cats rescuer.
It was a smooth process and pleasant first time vet visit. Clinic is overcrowded, due to limited space inside. The whole crew from front to back was helpful and kind.
Regrettably, the stray kitten didn't survive even under intensive care of the cat rescuer.

β β β β β Pro: I met drh. Magda and she is indeed an expert doctor. My dog had a swollen neck, no appetite and energy. I brought her to get treated in other famous clinic in tangerang for three days, but no progress at all. Once I brought her here, the doctor gave her a shot and the next morning she can bark and wag her tail. I love the CS. She is really kind and helpful.
Cons: Long queue. The check up time was really quick and didn't give any information except if you ask her. Even when she shot the medicine, she didn't tell you what that was. She didn't explained that the oral medicine might effect my dog's gastric acid.

β β β β β I guess the doctor is professional or whatever but my issue is with the management.
My calls never get picked up, went there to line up and put down my name and number.
Waited but my turn never came, went and ask them over and over and they kept saying soon.
When they call my number and I went in, turns out they just put my name on the BOTTOM of the list because it took me 1 and half minute to walk from my car that is parked right in front - to the clinic. So they just SKIPPED my name. Waited 2 hours for NOTHING.
I took a day off work for this, my dog is in pain and I have to leave because I have to go. Did not even get my turn. I am done!
