★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super kesel pake kebangetan. Baru sekali2nya ketemu percetakan yang gak punya mesin potong, padahal di awal sudah konfirmasi termasuk potong. Uda gitu, sample di awal untuk acc produksi juga dicharge ke customer. Bener2 deh ini percetakan.
 Super annoyed using too much. Only once have I met a printing press that did not have a cutting machine, even though at the beginning it was confirmed that it included cutting. Uda so, the sample at the beginning for production acc is also charged to the customer. This is really a printing shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mau buat sleeve untuk kotak, datang membawa contoh. Tanya bisa buat seperti itu, mereka bilang bisa. Ok saya buat 30pcs, setelah menunggu kurang lebih 30menit jadilah. Ternyata diserahkan ke saya kondisi masih cetakan lembaran tidak dipotong sesuai contoh yg saya bawa. Saya disuruh potong sendiri dengan alasan mereka tidak punya mesin potong yg besar, jadi tidak muat. Mereka menyuruh saya ke seberang untuk ke tukang potong. Ok lah saya malas berdebat, ngalah aj ke seberang. Ternyata tidak bisa dipotong dengan mesin di seberang karena posisi cetakan tidak sama semua. Alhasil saya balik lagi komplain, dan akhirnya dipotongin oleh mereka dengan cutter satu satu. Potongannya tidak rapih, ga rata. Niat mau cepat kesini gara2 di sebelah rame, malah berantakan jadinya. Yang ada ga kepake itu, kapok deh nyetak di sini. Mending cari yg lain aj.

As a result, I complained again, and finally cut it off by them with one cutter. The pieces are not neat, not flat. The intention to come here quickly because of the crowd, it actually fell apart. There is no use of it, give up printing here. Better find another one.
