★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great pools and play ground. There are more than 1 spots of pools, gazebos are nice. Fish pond also nice, filled with koi fish and turtle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet place to live in. Staffs are friendly. Nice level 1 pool and playground area. Maintenance in my experience is not too bad.
Lifts unfortunately are the main problem of this apartment though. Long waiting times up to 10 mins (because of the service lift keeps breaking down) and sometimes even 2-3 lifts are not operational at a time. Also sometimes the lifts just stops in the middle of going up or the door keeps opening by itself when you close it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible building management. One or sometimes two lifts are ALWAYS broken and can never seem to be fixed. This causes sometimes 10 to 15 minute wait for a lift. Multiply this times 3 or 4 trips downstairs per day and you’re spending a ridiculous amount of time waiting for the lift. They also have TVs in the lifts and lift lobby so that you are constantly being bombarded with loud adverts - about enough to drive you mad after a long day at the office. There are also other VERY LOUD issues which I will not go in to detail about here. Can’t wait until my lease is up so I can move out of this awful building. Do not recommend.
