★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only used the facilities. The place is decent, but I personally think that the temperature settings are a bit off than what I found it other places. Sauna was a bit too hot while steamer was too mild. Cold pool water was not cold enough and warm water pool was not warm enough. The front desk said that facilities fee included food, but I did not actually see anything other than some rice cube and crackers on the buffet table. Also, no free drinks at all, so it really feels like a quarter hearted gesture. Note that i finished bathing around 20:00pm, so even though I did not expect the buffet to be still loaded, I also did not expect it to be practically empty, as dinner time in jakarta is usually 19:30 to 20:30.
One other thing that really bothers me: a GRO happens to see me when I just reached 2nd floor and she asked "massage, pak"? I shook my head and said "katanya disini ada sedia makanan?" And she replied "bapak nyari makanan, tapi ga massage? Tapi minumnya ga free loh pak".
I thought to myself: if she seems to be bothered that much when a customer who is only using facility, go upstair to eat, why in the world the frond desk staff even bother telling me there is food upstairs, after I clearly tell them that I only go there to use the facility?
I mean, of course I understands that I paid only rp 200k, a far cry from the rp 2mil massage package, but the point is, if the food is only for customers paying rp 2mil, why tell me about it?
