★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The RUKo parking literally looks like a place for peoples dumping their trash,trash can be seen all over the Stores all along this property starting ftom Roundabout 1 till 5...deteriorates stores building no maintenance at nights the street light very Dimmed lots of potholes(although they currently working fixing some of the worst part of the roads,but others part are also getting worst)..too many BUMP (sleeping Police) on the roads,..it's a very nice establishment property for living but too dirty and too many Trash all over this property,,the significant was on The Stores Front Areas and on the streets,,and their Main Gate really needs Some TLC,,The CIPUTRA is reputable Giant Developer Company too bad they kinda short of cash to do maintenance on theirs property all across nation,,They know how to build but neglected to maintain it,,such a bummer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ access from Jakarta to here is not so easy via public transport. You can take integrated bus named CitraRaya from CitraLand (a.k.a Mal Ciputra - Grogol), bus route will reach CitraRaya Cikupa (boulevard) about 30 minutes to 1 hour (if traffic jam). It only cost Rp. 15K.
Other alternative, you take bus (a.k.a patas - AC) to Super Mal Karawaci, then take connecting bus from there to CitraRaya too.
I was informed that last bus from Jakarta to Cikupa is 9pm and 5pm in other way around.
