★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and good service, fast delivery, employee helped us installing the tv we bought with all related equipment like pc, speaker, etc. Price is lower than other other electronic supermarket, there are several discount promotion using debit card, credit card, bundling items, etc. The most important thing is the employees are very kind and have expertise to explain the products, answer our questions, provide explanations about the best payment or discount option whether to buy with which credit/debit card and on which day the credit card discount is applied, without pushing us to buy.

In COVID 19 threat increasing like now...one of two delivery personnel showing angry attitude to my wife to be sprayed using disinfectant when visit my house..even by only pure 70% Medika Alcohol (no blend) which me and my family already used for the last 3 months without any bad effect...
I am very ANGRY that person endanger my family..I WILL NEVER BUY THERE or any EC store ever again..NO STAR for EC actually
No words enough to condemn such low integrity person and unprofessional attitude...SO BAD

Seem that the business has not returned to normal... The shop attendant said that I was the 3rd customer purchased something that day (14.00 hours)...
Hope they can sustain the business during pandemi and returned to normal pace again...
