★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This my first time enjoying bubur aingkaeang or singkawang porridge. what make this dishes unique, compqred to other bubur is its rice texture, unlike other bubur that doesnt represent the riceness, bubur singkawang is more look like overcooked rice with water. Byt, once you taste it, wow it will be another kind of culinary experience, their meat is very nice, very tasty, and the flavour just right in my tastebud, and they used the real pepper, not cheap one, very reccomended ... nasi kuningnya enak juga, pake ayam, teri, telur
