Tukang parkir bolak balik ngasih dokumen ke satpam apa ada jalur belakang?? , lah petugasnya sering bgt manggil nama bukan pake nomer !! Sangat disayangkan padahal kantornya sudah bersih tetapi pelayananya masih buruk !! Sy dh ngantri 3 jam nomer 19 blm dipanggil panggil . ternyata ada org baru sekitar 4 org dtg 10 menit langsung masuk dilayanin dipanggil pake nama ! Sungguh dzolim
The queue is not clear !!
The parking attendant goes back and forth giving documents to the security guard, is there a back lane?? , the officers often call names instead of using numbers !! It's a shame even though the office is clean but the service is still bad!! I've been queuing for 3 hours, number 19 hasn't been called yet. it turns out that there are new people about 4 people who come 10 minutes straight in and are served and called by name! Really dzolim

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datang ke BRI unit tambun karna kartu ATM saya sering dishable,kemudian satpam mengarahkan untuk membuka internet banking,karna dari internet banking bisa di enabel kan, walaupun antrian cukup lama karna cs hanya satu tapi benar saya lebih mudah di saat kartu saya disable tinggal buka internet banking,,,satpam nya ramah inofativ,,,cuma tolong kalo bisa cs nya di tambah
