There are 4 Telers, but cm 1 is serving, I don't know what the others are doing, I've been waiting for 1 hour and haven't been served yet

Padahal aku dateng duluan. Gila sih ini. Mana w kan pkerja penuh waktu. Buang2 waktu doang di sini. Kalo bukan karna hak w mungkin w lebih milih BCA meskipun swasta . Pokonya yg mau ke sini harus yg wktu luangnya banyak

Even though I came first. This is crazy. Where do you work full time? Just a waste of time here. If it wasn't for the rights of w, maybe w would have preferred BCA even though it was private. The point is that those who want to come here must have a lot of free time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan burukkkkk , nunggu udh 5 jam blm di panggill juga , kerja nya ngapain sihh teller nya , padahall antrian ngga terlalu padet . kalau bukan karna hak saya , ngga mungkin gua nginjekin kaki ke sini , jauh jauh dari tangerang ke sini , harus nunggu 5 jam lebihhh
bad service, I've been waiting for 5 hours, haven't been called yet, what's the teller's job, even though the queue isn't too crowded. If it wasn't for my rights, there's no way I could put my foot here, it's far from Tangerang to here, I have to wait more than 5 hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ diskriminasi pake banget,, yg urusan dana dr pemerintah, di tempatkan di samping bank, pke tenda. panasss.... padahal di dlm jga kosong,, lambat lagi pelayanannya.. seandainya bsa milih..??
discrimination is really used, those who deal with funds from the government, are placed next to the bank, use a tent. hot.... even though it's not empty inside, the service is slow... if you could choose...??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been to this branch twice. The first time we went, it just oppened so the service was relatively quick. However, the second time we went here to collect my parent pension fund the service was really slow. It took the teller approx 15-20mins just to finish serving one customer.
And the pensioneers who are mostly 60+y/o need to stand when being served for 15-20 mins. Unbelievable..
