★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di evaluasi tu satpam nya yg deket gerbang yg jaga siang/sore mungkin pagi juga, gak punya attitude kerja baru jadi satpam udah songong. Di mintai tolong malah sambil mainan hp gapeduli kerja cuman duduk" Gaguna, ditanya baik" Malah nyepelin. Udah cs sama teller lemot antrinya ditambah punya satpam asal ngambil kek nya dari jalan jadi gak sopan nyepelin cengengesan gak punya attitude

Satpam terlihat ramah padahal tidak sopan, menyuruh duduk diluar, terlihat menyalahkan kasus pelanggan, selain itu saat masih ada yang duduk di kursi luar kursi sudah d bereskan, padahal waktu tutup jam 4 sore. Sebagai kustomer merasa sangat dirugikan dan tidak nyaman

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ baru ini saya di kota purworejo khususnya BNI purworejo pelayanan buruk , satpam menyulitkan dan tidak informatif , atm ketelen aja mintanya surat kehilangan , lah di bank selain BNI ga ada ribet minta surat kehilangan tuh, kan kasusnya atmnya ketelen di mesin ATM bukan hilang , trus nomer antrian di pegang satpam , kan ada mesin antrian yaaa , jd tidak adil ! mohon diperbaiki lagi ya untuk SATPAM terutama bekerja tidak sesuai SOP ! trims ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor cabang BNI Purworejo tempatnya cukup luas. Tempatnya bersih, rapi dan menerapkan protokol Covid 19. Satpam, teller dan CS cukup ramah. Namun antrian jika mau ke CS lama bangett, mungkin bisa dipercepat lagi dan lebih baik antri dari pagi biar dapet nomer antrian awal. Jika dapat nomor antrian di atas 40 lebih baik datang besok ngantri lagi. Rata rata 1 jam CS bisa melayani 6 orang. Saya dapat no. Antri 23 dan baru terlayani mendekati jam 12. Tempat parkir gratis untuk motor dan mobil di dalam lingkungan kantor, jika parkir di luar berbayar.

But the queue if you want to go to CS is really long, maybe you can speed it up again and it's better to queue from the morning so you get the initial queue number. If you get a queue number above 40, it's better to come and queue again tomorrow. Average 1 hour CS can serve 6 people. I got no. Queued 23 and only served approaching 12 o'clock. Free parking for motorbikes and cars in the office environment, if paid parking outside.
