★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Abdul Muis ini merupakan Bank pertama yang saya kunjungi dalam 2 tahun terakhir, tepatnya sejak dimulainya pandemi covid-19. Untuk memasuki bank diperlukan login di aplikasi Pedulilindungi atau login pedulilindungi pada aplikasi seperti jaki, tokopedia, traveloka, goje, grab dll. Atau juga bisa menunjukan sertifikat vaksin ke security saat akan memasuki ruangan bank.
Lokasinya strategis, berdekatan dengan komplek Istana Negara, beberapa komplek kementerian, monumen nasional, pertokoan dan perkantoran. Lahan parkir yang tersedia cukup luas, walapun banyak juga mobil terparkir disana padahal kunjungan nasabah sedang tidak begitu ramai.
Pelayanannya bagus dan cepat. Dimulai dengan sapaan salam oleh security yang selanjutnya meminta untuk scan barecode untuk login tempat aplikasi Pedulilindungi atau jika tidak ada, meminta menunjukan sertifikat vaksin. Kemudian mengarahkan pengunjung untuk cuci tangan dan bertanya maksud/tujuan kunjungan... diberikan nomor urut dan kemudian dilayani dengan baik oleh CS (karena saya kebutuhannya ke CS untuk ngambil kartu ATM dan buku tabungan yang sudah tertunda 1 tahun). Antriannya tidak begitu ramai sehingga lebih cepat selesai.
Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Abdul Muis is the first bank I visited in the last 2 years, to be precise since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. To enter the bank, you need to log in to the Cares Protect application or log in to Care Protect applications such as jaki, tokopedia, traveloka, goje, grab etc. Or you can also show a vaccine certificate to security when you enter the bank room.
The location is strategic, close to the State Palace complex, several ministry complexes, national monuments, shops and offices. The available parking area is quite wide, although there are also many cars parked there even though customer visits are not so crowded.
The service is good and fast. It starts with a greeting by security, who then asks to scan the barecode to log in to the Cares application or if it doesn't exist, ask to show a vaccine certificate. Then direct visitors to wash their hands and ask for the purpose of the visit... given a serial number and then well served by CS (because I need to go to CS to pick up an ATM card and savings book which has been delayed for 1 year). The queue was not that crowded so it was over quickly.
