Saya sampaikan kepada manajeman bank BNI untuk menindak dan teguran kepada petugas keamanan bank BNI di cabang ini. Karena ada yg janggal dengan peraturan yg mereka buat sendiri soal pendaftaran pengambilan nomer antrian untuk mengurus BSU, saya datang hari rabu tgl 13 Oktober 2021 jam 20.00 wib. Saya mau mendaftar no antrian buat hari Kamis, di katakan petugas security blm di buka untuk pendaftaran no antrian buat besok di karenakan blm pergantian hari. Katanya baru bisa di buka untuk mendaftar jam 00.00 wib/ jam 01.00 WIB. Tetapi pada saat saya datang lagi tepatnya jam23.45 WIB kuota pendaftaran sudah habis /sdh penuh dgn kuota 20 orang. Kata petugas security nya, Ko bisa seperti itu ya ? lucu di lihatnya..(seperti saya ini di permainkan).
Mohon pada managemen BNI untuk di evaluasi buat petugas keamanan nya, saya rasa ? saya sangat kecewa dgn pelayanan petugas keamanan BNI. Tidak tegas dan tidak konsisten.

I convey to the BNI bank management to take action and reprimand the BNI bank security officers at this branch. Because there is something odd about the rules they made themselves regarding registration for taking queue numbers to take care of BSU, I came on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 20.00 WIB. I want to register for the queue number for Thursday, the security officer said it hasn't been opened for registration for the queue number for tomorrow because it hasn't changed the day yet. He said it could only be opened to register at 00.00 WIB / 01.00 WIB. But when I came again, at 23.45 WIB, the registration quota had run out / was full with a quota of 20 people. The security officer said, How can you be like that it's funny to see..(like I'm being toyed with).
Please ask BNI management to evaluate it for the security officers, I think? I am very disappointed with the service of BNI security officers. Not firm and inconsistent.
