★ ★ ★ ★ ★ alhamdulillah lumayan sangat terbantu adanya unit di sini, adanya mesin ATM juga, jadi warga masyarakat terbantu, tidak perlu jauh-jauh pergi ke pusat kota untuk mengambil uang jika ada keperluan mendadak
 Alhamdulillah, it's quite helpful to have a unit here, there's an ATM machine too, so the citizens are helped, there's no need to go far to the city center to get money if there's a sudden need

Cashier / teller service is very rude, bad service, no queue machine. So messed up.

Cs is not friendly, break time is up but still not working.. is that called work integrity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cukup ramai, tetapi teller nya cuma satu. sehingga terjadi antrian yang sangat panjang.. masukan untuk managemant, mungkin bisa ditambahkan petugas teller supaya pelayanan lebih maksimal.. nuwun ?
quite crowded, but only one teller. so there was a very long queue.. input for the management, maybe a teller officer could be added so that the service is more optimal.. thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sudah terkondisi sesuai dengan urutan antrean. Hanya saja untuk membludaknya customer yang anti jadinya tidak dapat tempat duduk bahkan bisa menunggu lama sambil berdiri di tempat yang lumayan panas
