Kami makan di cabang yg di Pd Kelapa, yg sgt mengecewakan adalah order kami tdk prnh diproses, dan kalau tdk kami tanyakan lsg stlh stengah jam lbh krn melihat tamu2 lain yg dtgnya stlh kami orderannya pd kluar smua, maka bisa2 kami duduk terus dsana tanpa ada makanan yg kluar!
Jadi kami dtg, duduk, pesan. Menunggu, minuman0nya tdk lama kluar. Stlh agak lama dan melihat loh kok tamu yg lain yg dtg stlh kami mulai menerima makanannya, kami memanggil pelayan utk menanyakan knapa punya kami blum kluar jg. Order kami ditanyakan kembali, kami sampaikan walopun sdh mulai gondok, pelayan msk kembali. Nah, stlh bbrp lama order lainnya dr tamu yg dsebut di atas tsb mulai dtg lg, bangunlah saya dr kursi dan ke counter kasir merangkap jendela order makanan dan dapur di dalamnya. Saya tanya, Mas, pesanan kami diproses ga ya? Si Mas (yg melayani pertama dtg, kmudian org yg sama yg kami tanyakan di tengah2 di atas) terlihat bingung, malu, kmudian nanya dgn suara agak pelan di rekannya di dapur, dan si rekan di dapur ini ga keliatan dr tmpt saya berdiri, tp dr gesture si Mas saat berinteraksi terlihat jelas bahwa orderan kami, 3 ayam geprek mozzarella dan 1 ayam kremes, blum mereka proses.
Saya tanya knapa? Mozzarella-nya abis, kt si Mas dgn suara pelan. Yasudah, kami cancel dan meninggalkan restoran stlh 45 menit yg sia2.
Bbrp concern: Knp tdk beritau kami dr td! Bagaimana prosedur order-taking dan order-making di resto ini! Knp tamu yg lain stlh kami bs dpt ordernya sdgkan kami diproses saja tdk!
Sangat mengecewakan.
Is there no choice for 'no-star'? We eat at the branch in Pd Kelapa, the disappointing thing is that our order is not processed, and if we don't ask, after half an hour because we see other guests who have already ordered all of us, then we can sit there without any out food!
So we got, sat down, ordered. Waiting, the drinks don't last long. After a while and seeing how other guests who had started receiving food, we called the waiter to ask why we didn't have it. Our order was asked again, we said that even though it had started to go mumps, the waiter returned. Now, after a few other orders from the guest mentioned above, started with the first, I got up from the chair and to the cashier counter and the food and kitchen order window in it. I asked, bro, is our order processed? The Mas (who served first, then the same person we asked in the middle of the above) looked confused, embarrassed, then asked with a rather low voice in his colleague in the kitchen, and the colleague in this kitchen did not look like I was standing, but from gesture si Mas when interacting it was clear that our order, 3 chicken geprek mozzarella and 1 chicken crab, they were not processed.
I ask why? The Mozzarella is gone, but Mr. Mas softly. Okay, we canceled and left the restaurant after 45 minutes that were useless.
Some concern: Why don't we tell us about it! What is the order-taking and order-making procedure at this restaurant! For other guests, after we have been able to order, we can just process it or not!
Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayannya ramah-ramah. Menerima Go-Pay dan voucher mall. Rasa makanannya cukup enak (Saya memesan nasi goreng dan es teh manis). Patut untuk dicoba, namun untuk teh manis agak kurang manis mungkin perlu ditambah gula untuk teh manisnya.
Friendly waiters. Accept Go-Pay and mall vouchers. The taste of the food is quite good (I ordered fried rice and sweet iced tea). It's worth a try, but for sweet tea it's a little less sweet, maybe you need to add sugar for the sweet tea.
