★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bakmi ayam tradisionil. Rasanya juara. Saya mesen yamin pangsit. Gabungan rasa manis, asin, bawang putih, merica, kaldu ayam, dan temen2nya pas. Gk ada yg menonjol satu diantara yg lain.
Pangsit gorengnya (selalu dikasih) renyah dan nendang rasanya. Plus si bapak yg jual generous bgt, kita mnta tambah ato makanin pangsitnya sementara dia nyiapin mie ayam kita, dia mah hayu2 aja.
Toping ayamnya banyak. Plus pangsit rebusnya.
Buat saya sejauh ini, this is the best.
Ini cuma bakmi ayam pinggir jalan. Di jalan besuki, menteng.
Buka dari senin-kamis dan sabtu, jumat dan minggu tutup. Bukanya paling cepet jam 11an dan tutup seabisnya....hehehe kira2 sekitar jam 3-4an lah.

Btw sebenernya namanya bukan bakmi ayam udin, tapi BAKMI AYAM UJANG....
Traditional chicken noodles. It feels like a champion. I am mesen yamin dumpling. Combined sweet, salty, garlic, pepper, chicken broth, and the right friends. There isn't one that stands out from one another.
The fried dumplings (always given) are crunchy and kicking. Plus, the generous selling guy, we can add or eat his dumplings while he prepares our chicken noodles, he's just delicious.
A lot of chicken toping. Plus boiled dumplings.
For me so far, this is the best.
It's just a roadside chicken noodle. On besuki, menteng.
Open from Monday to Thursday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday closed. It's not the fastest at 11 o'clock and closes after all ... hehehe is about 3-4 o'clock.

Btw, actually the name is not chicken noodle udin, but BAKMI CHICKEN EXAM ...
