Maybe it would be better if the service queue for retrieval of results & services for submitting new files were distinguished.

Cuma antri nya aja yang lama, pakai perjanjian 3 hari sebelumnya.

Yang jelas: jam 8 belum mulai pelayanan. Saya merujuk pada jam dinding yang mereka miliki.
Pelayanan ramah tapi kacau balau. Kok kayak di Pasar, teriak teriak gak karuan.
YANG PALING UTAMA:
ada penyelundupan peraturan. Pajak sejak tahun 94 - 2002 ujug-ujuh ditagih dengan alasan kurang bayar. Kalau bisa membawa bukti pembayaran, maka tidak ditagih. Aneh? Padahal setiap orang jual beli rumah, pasti Notaris akan mengecek pembayaran pajak terlebih dulu. Gak mungkin kan Notaris ngecek pajak ke Puskesmas? Lah terus surat keterangan lunas bayar pajak itu apa gunanya? Sudah lunas, tidak ada tunggakan. Setelah sekian puluh tahun berlalu, tiba tiba ada tagihan tunggakan. Kalau tidak ada bukti lunas, maka tetep ditagih.
Kayaknya ada yg lagi sibuk cari duit nih.

What is clear: at 8 o'clock the service has not started. I was referring to the wall clock they have.
Friendly service but chaotic. How come it's like in the market, shouting out loud.
THE MOST IMPORTANT:
there is smuggling of regulations. Taxes since 94 - 2002 have been billed for the reason of underpayment. If you can bring proof of payment, it will not be billed. Strange? Even though every person buying and selling a house, a Notary will check the tax payment first. Isn't it possible for a Notary to check taxes at the Puskesmas? So, what's the point of paying taxes in full? It's paid off, no arrears. After tens of years had passed, suddenly there was an arrears bill. If there is no proof of payment, it will still be billed.
Looks like someone is busy looking for money here.
