Apa yang membedakan ayam bakar ini sama ayam bakar lain yg pernah aku coba yakni ayam bakarnya dibakar sampai bumbu kecapnya terkaramelisasi. Bener2 enak. Crusty, bagian pinggirnya bahkan sampe berkerak, garing nikmat. Rekomendasiku pilih bagian paha. Moist di dalam, dgn bbrp bagian luar yg crusty, dengan bumbu yg terkaramelisasi.
For the past few days I've always ordered grilled chicken here via shopeefood. Always delicious. What sets this grilled chicken apart from other grilled chickens I've tried is that the grilled chicken is grilled until the soy sauce is caramelized. Really delicious. Crusty, the edges are even crusty, deliciously crunchy. My recommendation is the thigh. Moist on the inside, with some crusty outside, with caramelized spices.

The grilled chicken is delicious, the seasoning tastes like potomgam and it's not too small. Tofu and tempeh are okay in size... not too small. Medium size. The sambal is good...
