 I'm a driver not being treated well, I've come all the way to take orders for Halodoc. uh, arriving at the location, it was canceled in front of me right away. say SORRY no. no nonsense. PLEASE RESPECT PEOPLE DON'T LOOK AT PROFESSION. VERY BAD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staf apotik sepertinya kurang paham dgn sistem halodoc. Saya tebus obat dari dokter halodoc berupa antibiotik dan obat batuk. Krn di sistem halodoc menginfokan apotik roxy keamanan stok obat batuk kosong, maka obat batuk tsb akan dikirim keesokan hari dari apotik lain. Obat antibiotik sudah saya terima tengah malam jam 12. Kemudian saya istitahat krn sedang isoman. Jam 1.30 salah satu staf laki2 apotik roxy keamanan menghubungi saya menanyakan status halodoc mereka kenapa msh on progress. Jujur saya cuma pembeli. Harusnya mrk menghubungi cs halodoc utk menanyakan hal tsb.
Jadi saya mencoba menjelaskan kepada staf ini mungkin transaksi tsb blm selesai karena di transaksi msh ada obat yg blm dikirim. Jadi tunggu saja besok hari pst akan selesai sendiri stlh obat saya dikirim oleh apotik lain. Benar2 sangat mengganggu istirahat org. Harap pemilik apoti mengedukasi staf apotik agar tidak mengganggu pasien yg sedang istirahat tengah malam.
The pharmacy staff doesn't seem to understand the Halodoc system. I redeemed the medicine from the halodoc doctor in the form of antibiotics and cough medicine. Because the Halodoc system informs the Roxy Pharmacy that the stock of cough medicine is empty, the cough medicine will be sent the next day from another pharmacy. I received antibiotics at 12 o'clock at midnight. Then I rested because I was isoman. At 1.30, one of the male staff at the Roxy security pharmacy contacted me asking for their halodoc status, why is it still on progress. Honestly, I'm just a buyer. They should have contacted CS Halodoc to ask about this.
So I tried to explain to the staff, maybe the transaction hasn't been completed yet because in the transaction there is still medicine that hasn't been sent. So just wait for tomorrow the PST will finish itself after my medicine is sent by another pharmacy. Really really disturbs people's rest. Hope the pharmacy owner educates the pharmacy staff so as not to disturb patients who are taking a midnight break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this pharmacy provides a lot of medicine and food supplement. The place is renovated and rearranged recently (per Jan 2019), so the place is more spacious. You can also buy concotion by provide a recipe to the cashier. But it takes about one hour to make the concotion. The staff is also very helpful.
