Rata-rata kasir bekerja dalam kecepatan moderate-slow. Seringkali (memang tidak selalu, tapi cukup sering) pegawai tidak sigap melihat antrian yang panjang dan tidak segera membuka kasir yang kosong. Apalagi jika pembayaran dengan kartu. Kalau ditingkatkan kecepatan dan kualitas pelayanannya, tentu pelanggan akan lebih senang.
