★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu perusahan pelayaran yang menurut saya cukup bagus, fair terhadap segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan kewajiban dan tanggung jawab perusahaan terhadap pekerja, salah satu perusahaan pelayaran yang menerapkan sistem "win win solution", punya core value yang cukup jelas. Saya sudah hampir 2 tahun berada disini dan sangat menyenangkan bisa berada disini. Salah satu perusahaan yang mendukung olahraga, memiliki sport hall sendiri yaitu untuk lapangan basket, lapangan futsal, lapangan bulu tangkis, tenis meja, gym, dll. Menurut saya sangat jarang sekali perusahaan yang sampai memperhatikan kebutuhan atau penunjang olahraga untuk karyawannya sendiri seperti ini. Selain fasilitas olahraga terdapat juga mini market sendiri, rooftop dan coffee shop sendiri lo guys, intinya bekerja disini menyenangkan sekali, kita tidak hanya bekerja disini tapi banyak fasilitas penunjang untuk kita bisa rileks, bisa berolahraga atau sekedar ngopi. Perusahaan ini salah satu group dari Tiara Marga Trakindo dimana di dalamnya sudah termasuk PT.Trakindo Utama dan lokasinya satu gedung di gedung TMT
One shipping company which in my opinion is quite good, fair to everything related to the obligations and responsibilities of the company towards workers, one shipping company that implements a "win win solution" system, has quite clear core values. I've been here for almost 2 years and it's great to be here. One of the companies that supports sports has its own sports hall, namely for basketball courts, futsal courts, badminton courts, table tennis, gyms, etc. In my opinion, it is very rare for companies to pay attention to the needs or sports support for their own employees like this. In addition to sports facilities, there is also a mini market, your own rooftop and coffee shop, guys, the point is that working here is really fun, we don't just work here but there are many supporting facilities for us to relax, exercise or just have coffee. This company is a group of Tiara Marga Trakindo which includes PT.Trakindo Utama and is located in one building in the TMT building.
