★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak cukup bagus tidak memberi struk belanja jika tidak diminta beli 2 barang dia masukan 3 barang di struk.kayanya pelayannya ga bener nih.curiga dia selalu berbuat kecurangan.
It's not good enough not to give shopping receipts, if you're not asked to buy 2 items, he puts 3 items in the receipt. I guess the waiter isn't right. He suspects that he's always cheating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Oke saya akan jabarkan. Kenapa sampai bad service (Mohon baca perlahan):
1. Alfa express ini lagi penuh orang. Otomatis, antrian panjang. Awalnya cuma buka satu kasir. Padahal antrian panjang banget. Lalu dibukalah jadi dua. Satu lagi tetep milih off. Ngga tahu alesannya. Jadi cuma dua dari tiga ngga aktif. Sebut saja kasir 1 dan 2. Saya dikasir 2.
2. Antrian ngga beraturan. Dua depan saya, belanja bnyk banget jadi menunggu dia selesai aja lama sekali. Satu depan saya liat kasir 1 kosong langsung geser mnt bayar, dan langsung dilayani. Saya melakukan hal yang sama , TAPI tidak dilayani. Ngga tau Pola pikir kasir gimana yak. Wkwk.
3. Dikasih barang saya ke kasir 2, lalu kasir 2 malah melayani barang yg ditaro orang belakang saya. Lucu ya? Wkwkw. Ketawa aja saya mah.
Abis iTu saya tinggal.
Bad service.
Semoga ngga ada yg ngalami kek saya ya. Abis review saya ini, pasti nih Alfa jadi good service. Biasanya begitu yg sudah2?.

Bad service. Okay I will describe it. Why is it bad service (please read slowly):
1. Alfa express is again full of people. Automatic, long queue. Initially, only one cashier opened. Even though the queue was really long. Then it opened in half. One more thing, still choose off. I don't know the reason. So only two out of three are not active. Call it cashier 1 and 2. I am cashier 2.
2. The queue is irregular. Two in front of me, I spent a lot of shopping so it took a long time to wait for him to finish. On the front, I saw that cashier 1 was empty and immediately moved to pay, and was immediately served. I did the same, BUT not served. I don't know the mindset of the cashier. Wow.
3. I was given my item to cashier 2, then cashier 2 served the item that the person behind me had put in. Isn't that funny? Wow. Just laugh for me mah.
After iTu I live.
Bad service.
Hopefully no one will experience my grandfather. After my review, definitely Alfa will be good service. Usually that is the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayanlah buat Anker - anker alias anak kereta yang lagi asyik masyik nunggu kereta pujaan hati dan tetiba dilanda dahaga dan lapar nah bisa deh ni beli minuman sama cemilan di sini. Karena namanya alfa express maka ga selengkap alfa.
Tapi lumayan juga gaes keberadaan alfa express ini memperbanyak pilihan kita - kita untuk jajan di Stasiun Manggarai ini.
Not bad for Anker - anker aka a train kid who is more busy waiting for the idol train and he is thirsty and hungry and can buy drinks and snacks here. Because it's called alpha express, it's not as complete as alpha.
But it's pretty good that the existence of this alpha express is increasing our choices - we are for snacks at this Manggarai Station.

Pas transit bisa sekalian jajan disini.
Ada jajanan gorengan yang enak.
The alpha is quite spacious, and not too crowded either.
When you're in transit, you can have a snack here.
There are delicious fried snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alfa Express terletak didalam stasiun transit Manggarai. Terletak di ujung. Menyediakan makanan ringan dan minuman. Tersedia pula roti dan kopi, peralatan mandi seperti sabun, pasta gigi, sikat gigi dan sisir dijual pula disini. Kasirnya antri.
Alfa Express is located within the Manggarai transit station. Located at the end. Provides snacks and drinks. Bread and coffee are also available, toiletries such as soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes and combs are sold here. The cashier is in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's just an Alfamart with Express (not express enough), the product is not so much (because it is Express version), plus you cant use ur Ponta point here.
The staff attitude? not very friendly, (low human resources maybe, who knows) comparing to other minimart along side of the station (Indomaret, CK, Watson).
Note:
Don't come in here at busy time (6-8AM & 5-7PM) while you thirsty or hungry, you'll dying ?
