★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to send my tablet for repair. I phoned the call center and was told the place was open from 10:00 (turns out they are available since 08:30).
Service center staff were very fast and professional (I was lucky there wasn't a long queue), and within 15 min. was finished, since I had to leave it. She told me the standard process time is around 3-5 days. By the second day I was already notified to pick it up. I went on day three, and got there early. A different call center took my ticket, retrieved my fixed tablet and we had it tested before I signed off on the receipt.
Overall, the best service center attention I have had in Indonesia for electronic devices. The last Acer center I went to was in Ratu Plaza (no longer) about 5 years ago. That was on a weekend and the staff just could not handle the incoming customers (even with a ticket number machine).
My only regret is that the advertised warranty extension which was notified on a standing banner did not extend the product I had (Acer One 10). ? up for their prompt service.

Just suggestion: I expected Acer CSE also provides a telephone line so that the communication will be smoother. Thank you...
